Job Description:
Preferred Experience:

Strong academic projects or internships in CAD modelling, manufacturing, or aerospace applications

Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:

  • CAD Modeling & Design
    • Create 3D part models and basic assemblies using SolidWorks / Siemens NX / CATIA
    • Perform CAD clean-up and geometry corrections
    • Assist in concept sketches and preliminary layouts
  • Drawings & GD&T
    • Generate 2D manufacturing drawings with standard tolerances
    • Apply basic GD&T as per ASME Y14.5
  • Assembly & Integration
    • Assist in assembly mating and integration checks
    • Integrate COTS components (fasteners, brackets, hardware)
  • Data & Change Management
    • Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) execution
    • Convert legacy data (STEP / IGES formats) into editable CAD models
