Job Description:
Preferred Experience:

Relevant experience in avionics, embedded systems, or UAV projects

Basic understanding of electronics fundamentals, sensors, and embedded systems

Exposure to UAV ground control software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl)

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 soldering and crimping standards

Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Hardware Testing & Diagnostics
    • Perform component-level bench testing (sensors, controllers, power modules)
    • Diagnose hardware issues using oscilloscope and logic analyser
  • Wiring & Harness Prototyping
    • Build and prototype wire harnesses
    • Execute IPC-compliant soldering and crimping practices
  • Sensor Calibration & Firmware
    • Perform sensor calibration (IMU, GNSS, etc.)
    • Flash and configure firmware using Mission Planner and QGroundControl
  • Automation & Scripting
    • Support test scripting and automation using Python / C++
    • Assist in data logging and validation workflows
  • Documentation & Inventory
    • Maintain BOM and hardware tracking systems
    • Log and track hardware failures during testing and integration
